WOW~Life is BuZy!!!

KONNOR loves school!!! He is the class treasurer and is now serving on student council. He enjoys hanging out with his classmates by stepping into the sports world and playing both basketball and football during recess. I still can't believe that he is in 5th grade. After school activities include: piano-which he just performed for Hymn Festival and got a SUPERIOR rating, 11 year old scouts-he just advanced from Webelos with his ARROW OF LIGHT, Kenpo-one more stripe and he can test for his yellow belt and he has only 6 more things to pass off to complete his FAITH IN GOD requirement. He often times forgets to do his chores but I still think he is GREAT!

KENDEL loves school, so to make her days longer, she joined choir, which requires her to be at school by 7:25 on Tuesday mornings. Even though she is only in 3rd grade, her teacher has her doing 5th grade spelling words (WOW). After school activities include: piano-which she loves and her teacher can't believe how fast she is progressing so she will be participating in Festival in February, ACTIVITY DAYS-are her favorite and she can't wait for them "it is no fair that they are only twice a month", Kenpo-two more stripes and she can test for her yellow belt and she has lost 2 more teeth. She has temporarily given up her room to help comfort the young ones staying with us. Kendel is very loving and tenderhearted. She is doing WONDERFUL!

MITCHELL has gotten 100% on all of his spelling tests so far this year and he LOVES going to school all day!!! KENPO is a good release for him but he is a little SHY when it comes to passing things off and earning his stripes. He is a good sport when it comes to sharing his room and his toys but sometimes it is really hard. He is growing up fast but he still needs his snuggles and loves, which makes me feel important in his little world and thanks to Aunti "P" he still gets one-on-one time as often as he needs it. He is an AMAZING boy!

OUR FAMILY is learning to love others by being a foster family. We have 3 children in our home that add to the CRAZY of life but we have learned to love them and enjoy having them with us. Life is good and we are grateful everyday to have the gospel in our lives and to have family and friends near and far that love and help us. We LOVE you all very much and believe life is better because of all you do for us.
